Welcome to Teen Thrive Coaching

Is your teen struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or just the pressures of being a teen? Do they find themselves feeling lost, stressed, and overwhelmed by the challenges of school, relationships, and life in general? They are not alone. Many teens face similar struggles, but there's hope.

I want your teen to THRIVE, not just survive!

I am here to help them navigate the ups and downs of teenage life with confidence, resilience, and self-belief. My personalized coaching approach is designed specifically for teens aged 14 to 18 who are ready to break free from self-doubt, conquer their fears, and unlock their full potential.

My Approach

I understand that every teen is unique, which is why my coaching approach is tailored to meet their individual needs and goals. Whether they are struggling with self-doubt, fear of the future, or peer pressure, I am here to guide them every step of the way.

  • Learn to manage negative thoughts and emotions, including coping skills for self-harm.

My Offering

  • A complimentary 15-minute chemistry call to see if we're a good fit.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions with our experienced coach, either in-person at our office in Centurion or online.
  • 45-minute sessions once per week.
  • The quantity of sessions is dependent on your individual needs, ranging from 2 to 6 sessions.
